Wallace the Librarian

SHAY: A librarian, how quaint!

WALLACE: Someone has to do it. There has been quite a bit of literature amassed over the history of history.

SHAY: How many of you are there?

WALLACE: One.

SHAY: One?

WALLACE: I'm it.

SHAY: One librarian?

WALLACE: Well, there's only one book.

SHAY: How's that?

WALLACE: Do you think God really needs multiple books to tell the same truth?

SHAY: I guess not.

WALLACE: So why are you surprised?

SHAY: Well, here on Earth, we have tons and tons of books.

WALLACE: And each book tells a different truth. God's Book tells One Truth.

SHAY: Fair enough. So why is a librarian even needed?

WALLACE: I don't know, I think He just enjoys the convenience.

SHAY: I guess He's a busy guy.

WALLACE: He would like you to think so.

SHAY: What god wouldn't? So, how does one access this One Truth?

WALLACE: Oh, there's a bunch of ways: Prayer, Transcendence, Revelation, Love. The list goes on and on.

SHAY: So do people access the One Truth a lot?

WALLACE: Oh sure. Well, most of you do.

SHAY: Most? I've heard that society is in a state of decay, and that spiritual fervor is on a downswing.

WALLACE: Oh, come now, we all know the truth.

SHAY: I guess you would, huh.

WALLACE: Yes, I would. Was there anything else?

SHAY: Not at the moment. Thanks for stopping by!
